Accounts are not open yet. This draft states the rules the site is being built to; counsel review precedes account launch (operating entity: Fable Software LLC).

The deal

Free to read, free to join at launch. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to display it. You may criticize Beefshopper itself — no non-disparagement clause. No arbitration clause: disputes go to court.

Banned

Fake reviews, undisclosed connections to companies you review (a mandatory checkbox asks; disclosed connections get a visible badge), vote manipulation, multiple accounts, purchased engagement, scraping members' personal data.

Our content

Company facts are published with dated sources and verification tiers; they are research opinions as of the dates shown, not lab guarantees. Companies get a right of response. DMCA agent registration precedes the public forum; until then report infringement to the owner directly.

Termination

We may remove content or accounts that break these rules, reversing associated votes and influence.
